During Thursday’s episode of Get Up, Dan Orlovsky was attempting to break down a recent NFL trade, but he was interrupted.

His phone lit up, and Orlovsky had to let his cohosts know that McAfee was attempting to Face Time him.

“McAfee is Face Timing me right now and I have no idea why,” Orlovsky said.

“McAfee we’re on the air right now for crying out loud!” Mike Greenburg shouted out.

“He does this all the time,” Orlovsky replied.

The other hosts of get up later made jokes about famous people calling them while trying to give their analysis.

“Stephen A. is facetiming me I don’t know why he does that all the time,” Jason McCourty said.

“But yea, I like the Amari Cooper trade as well.”

Adam Schefter also chimed in with his own joke about the subject.

“Aaron Rodgers is facetiming me,” he said.

“I told him to lose my number.”

Fans got a good laugh out of the segment and shared on social media.

“Love this hilarious,” one fan said.

“Good response from Schefter,” another fan said.

“Schefter is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!” a third fan said.

Pat McAfee’s playing days

Pat McAfee enjoyed a hugely successful stint before switching to a career in the media.

The talk show star played punter in the NFL for eight seasons from 2009 to 2016.

He was a seventh round NFL Draft pick in 2009 out of West Virginia and spent his entire career with the Indianapolis Colts.

The ex-punter was named to the Pro Bowl in 2014 and 2016, and he was a first team All-Pro in 2014, as well.

McAfee owns the unique NFL record of the highest career net average punting yards with 41.4 yards while his longest ever punt was 74.

“Poor Dan, if he answered ratings wouldve actually exploded,” a fourth fan said.

“Schefty the comedian,” a fifth fan said.

McAfee never acknowledged calling Orlovsky or explained why he did it on his show.

Instead, the ESPN talent is busy covering the upcoming College GameDay atmosphere for the matchup between Georgia and Texas.

He is currently broadcasting the Pat McAfee show from Texas’ stadium.
