It had all begun when the rapper was on call with his friend and an East Bay woman claimed that the music mogul had been involved in the death of Tupac Shakur. The claims enraged the 54-year-old who then allegedly told the woman that she would pay for her comments.
Over a month after their interaction, the young woman had made plans to visit Pearce at his apartment on Loma Vista Drive in Orinda. The lawsuit alleged that the pair then went for a ride and returned to Combs in the house. However, he wasn’t alone. The rapper was with Kristina Khorram, an unidentified skinny blond woman, his bodyguard, and an unidentified man.
Apart from them, Diddy’s driver was also there. However, he waited for the ordeal to end in the car. Back in the apartment, the disgraced rapper allegedly threatened to mutilate the woman’s face and give her a “Glasgow smile,” which inspired Heath Ledger’s iconic Joker smile. But Khorram stepped in and told Combs that was a bad idea, as they may want to “sell” the woman to “clients” in the future.
The alleged assault did not end there. In fact, it got worse when the women left the room. Diddy and his men allegedly brutally r*ped the East Bay woman. With such horrendous claims against the rapper, the world can’t wait to see how his trial unfolds.
When will Diddy go on trial to face the charges against him?
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, a three-time Grammy winner and one of the most influential hip-hop producers of the past three decades, has recently been facing a wave of lawsuits by women who have accused him of s*xual assault. After his arrest on September 16th, the rapper has been held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
Although Combs has consistently denied all the charges against him, he will have to face a criminal trial after being denied bail at $50 million.
