Diddy posts from jail for 1st time since his arrest as he wishes daughter happy birthday a day after latest rape claims

SEAN “Diddy” Combs has posted on Instagram for the first time since he was arrested and slammed with sex trafficking charges.

Combs wished his 2-year-old daughter Love a happy birthday just one day after more sick accusations surfaced in a new lawsuit.

On Tuesday, Combs shared several pictures of his little girl, who he fathered with cyber security specialist Dana Tran, and wrote out the lyrics to Happy Birthday in the caption.

One picture showed Combs laughing while he played with Love in the ocean, and other shots showed the toddler digging into a birthday cake while wearing a white dress.

“Happy Birthday @loveseancombs daddy loves you,” the post read.

A birthday post on the little girl’s Instagram account, which is run by her mom, said that Love can sing her ABCs, count to 50, cook, and sing.

The mom wrote, “2 years of life and love.”

Little is known about Tran, whose online presence centers around spending time with little Love.

Reports rang out that the two got married earlier this year, but this was never confirmed, and one source told Us Weekly that it wasn’t true.

DISTURBING ALLEGATIONS

It’s been one month since Combs was arrested, and a federal indictment accused him of sex trafficking for his perverse parties called freak-offs.

At the parties, Combs would allegedly film high-profile guests as they had sex with prostitutes who he flew out from around the country and use the video as blackmail.

In the past several weeks, Combs has been hit with a flurry of sexual assault lawsuits, as former employees and complete strangers accuse him of rape, violence, and manipulation.

Six of the suits were filed on Monday, and the accusers consist of two women and four men.

One of the recent suits alleges that Combs orally raped a male Macy’s store worker in an Ecko stockroom at a flagship location in New York City.

Combs and three bodyguards stormed the room and hit the worker on the back of the neck before the mega-producer started “brutally” assaulting him, the suit claims.

The rapper allegedly spewed insults and called the victim “Ecko” before walking back out to the salesfloor and promoting his new clothing line as if nothing happened.

Another lawsuit claims Combs groped a 16-year-old boy and said, “don’t you want to break into the business?”

Diddy’s downfall

By The U.S. Sun’s Senior Reporter Forrest McFarland, who has been reporting on Diddy’s legal battles for years

BEFORE Sean “Diddy” Combs’ arrest in September, it was highly speculated that the rap star would find himself in custody after he was repeatedly hit with disturbing accusations – and had two of his mansions raided by the feds.

His mounting legal troubles finally came to a head on September 17, when he was charged with three federal counts, including sex trafficking, for allegedly forcing victims to take part in drug-fueled sex parties he called “Freak Offs.”

Hours before his arrest, The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed the feds investigating Combs were secretly liaising with Tupac Shakur murder prosecutors on gangland activities.

The development also came after Combs was named 77 times in documents submitted by prosecutors in the Tupac murder case.

Aside from the Tupac probe, Combs was already facing a slew of lawsuits, including one he settled with his ex, Cassie Ventura, after she accused him of rape and abuse.

Disturbing hotel surveillance video from 2016 showed Combs chasing Cassie down and then punching, kicking, and beating her in a hallway.

Two months earlier, in March 2024, two of Combs’ mansions were raided by federal investigators, who seized three AR-15s, drugs, and 1,000 bottles of lube which were part of his “Freak Off” supplies.

In addition to his federal criminal charges, Combs also faces a handful of lawsuits with allegations of sexual assault, harassment, and sex trafficking dating back to the early 1990s.

Music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones filed one suit in February 2024, claiming Combs forced him to hire sex workers and participate in sex acts while he worked on his latest album.

Combs has denied any wrongdoing and pleaded not guilty to the federal sex trafficking charges against him, but his battle is far from over.

He faces life in prison if he’s convicted on all counts.
