With the release date of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 just a week away, the official pre-load details for PC players have been revealed. The minimum, recommended, and competitive/ultra 4K system requirements have been listed and it looks like PC players will need an SSD with 102 GB available space to play the game.

The massive size of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is no joke but everyone saw this coming. The anticipation for the game is at an all-time high but players in Kuwait will not be able to experience it as the game is not approved for release in the country. The rest of the players around the world will be able to play the brand-new storyline along with the multiplayer mode, which will feature 16 exciting maps at launch.

Players On PC Need An SSD With 102 GB Available Space To Play Call of Duty: Black Ops 6

The official pre-load details for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 PC version have been listed on Call of Duty’s official website. Treyarch Studios has teamed up with Beenox to give players a “cutting-edge PC experience,” with features like AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution 3, Advanced Frame Generation Technologies, and AMD FidelityFX Contrast Adaptive Sharpening (CAS). The Minimum, Recommended, Competitive / 4K Ultra system requirements can be found below.

It’s clear that no matter what setting players run on, they need to have an SSD with 102 GB of available space. Plus, players will need more space to install additional mandatory updates in the future. A note says that only AMD/Intel processors with AVX instruction set are supported as of now.

Players On All Platforms Can Preload The Game On 21st October

The website has mentioned that players across all the platforms (PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and Series S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Microsoft Windows) can pre-load the game on 21st October at 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET / 5 PM BST. The official launch time for the game on Battle.net and Steam is October 24th at 9 PM PT. On PlayStation and Xbox/PC Microsoft Store, the game will be released on October 24th between 4 AM – 11 PM / PT.

Amidst all the hype for Black Ops 6, it has been revealed that has not been approved for release in Kuwait so the game will not be available for release in the region. Activision has confirmed that all pre-orders in Kuwait will be canceled and refunded, but the studio is hoping that the authorities will reconsider and approve the release.

Once again, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will bring back the classic multiplayer experience with popular game modes like Team Deathmatch, Free-For-All, and Search & Destroy. Players will be able to play iconic Call of Duty game modes on 16 different maps at launch, out of which 8 maps were revealed in the Beta.
