Diddy ‘raped 13-year-old girl with help from male and female celebs at VMAs after-party’, bombshell new lawsuit claims

DISGRACED rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is accused of raping a 13-year-old girl as two other celebrities joined in, according to a fresh wave of lawsuits.

The disturbing claims, presented in a slew of civil lawsuits filed against Diddy, allege the rapper drugged and raped the teen at a VMAs afterparty in New York over 20 years ago.

The lawsuits were filed in the Southern District of New York late Sunday, Deadline reported.

The alleged victim- identified only as “Jane Doe”- claims she was attacked after having one drink that left her feeling “woozy and lightheaded” at the house party in September 2000.

The now 37-year-old woman alleges she was raped by Diddy while the male and female celebrities watched.

The lawsuit reads: “Looking for a place to rest, Plaintiff entered what she believed to be an empty bedroom so she could lie down for a moment.

“Soon after, Combs, along with a male and female celebrity, entered the room.

“Combs aggressively approached Plaintiff with a crazed look in his eyes, grabbed her, and said, ‘You are ready to party.”

She claimed Diddy tried to force her to perform oral sex, but she fought him off before grabbing her clothes and leaving the bedroom, “roaming naked through the house looking for the exit.”

The suit states the teenager ended up at the afterparty after attempting to attend the MTV Video Music Awards without a ticket earlier that night on September 7, 2000.

She approached limousine drivers hoping she could get into an afterparty – including Diddy’s driver, who allegedly agreed to take her to the party as she “fit what Diddy was looking for.”

The teen claimed she was taken to the house where she signed a non-disclosure agreement and was offered a drink.

After the alleged assault, the teen was able to escape by walking to a nearby gas station from where she called her dad to pick her up.

The filing states that following the attack, the woman “fell into a deep depression which continues to affect every facet of her life.”

The latest lawsuit comes days after Diddy demanded to know the names of his alleged victims as he was hit with six fresh allegations last week.

One of the lawsuits alleges Diddy “brutally, orally raped” a man working for a rival clothing company in a Macy’s store, while another alleged victim claimed Diddy groped him at a party in 1998 when he was just 16.

Diddy's downfall

By Forest McFarland, Senior News Reporter

BEFORE Sean “Diddy” Combs’ arrest on Monday night, it had been highly speculated that the rap star would find himself in custody after he was repeatedly hit with disturbing accusations – and had two of his mansions raided by the feds.

His mounting legal troubles finally came to a head on September 17, when he was charged with three federal counts, including sex trafficking, for allegedly forcing victims to take part in drug-fueled sex parties he called “Freak Offs.”

Hours before his arrest, The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed the feds investigating Diddy were secretly liaising with Tupac Shakur murder prosecutors on gangland activities.

The development also came after Diddy was named 77 times in documents submitted by prosecutors in the Tupac murder case.

Aside from the Tupac probe, Diddy was already facing a slew of lawsuits, including one he settled with his ex, Cassie Ventura, after she accused him of rape and abuse.

Disturbing hotel surveillance video from 2016 showed Diddy chasing Cassie down and then punching, kicking, and beating her in a hallway.

Two months earlier, in March 2024, two of Diddy’s mansions were raided by federal investigators, who seized three AR-15s, drugs, and 1,000 bottles of lube which were part of his “Freak Off” supplies.

In addition to his federal criminal charges, Diddy also faces a handful of lawsuits with allegations of sexual assault, harassment, and sex trafficking dating back to the early 1990s.

Music producer Rodney ‘Lil Rod’ Jones filed one suit in February 2024, claiming Diddy forced him to hire sex workers and participate in sex acts while he worked on his latest album.

Diddy has denied any wrongdoing and pleaded not guilty to the federal sex trafficking charges against him, but his battle is far from over.

He faces life in prison if he’s convicted on all counts.

Another lawsuit claims Diddy allegedly gang-raped a woman and threatened to slash her face after she questioned him about Tupac’s murder.

In the past several weeks, Diddy has been hit with a flurry of additional claims of sexual assault, rape, violence, and manipulation by accusers ranging from music hopefuls to complete strangers.

Some of the allegations made against Diddy claim they took place at the infamous parties he held over the years.

Diddy has denied all claims of wrongdoing.

At the parties, Diddy would allegedly film high-profile guests as they had sex with prostitutes who he flew out from around the country and use the video as blackmail.

Diddy is currently being held in Brooklyn’s notorious Metropolitan Detention Center and has been denied bail twice.

He posted on Instagram for the first time since he was arrested and slammed with sex trafficking charges last week to wish his two-year-old daughter Love a happy birthday.

His trial date for the criminal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering has been set for May 5 next year.

Diddy has pleaded not guilty to the charges with one of his lawyers Erica Wolff saying the claims are “false and defamatory”.

Drivers to get part of $800k settlement over ‘unfair’ tickets – thousands couldn’t challenge fine but can now claim cash

DRIVERS can get their hands on part of a $800,000 settlement over a series of unfair parking tickets.

Potentially thousands of vehicle owners who were wrongfully fined can now claim the cash – after they were unable to contest the tickets over a near two-year period.

The huge settlement, which was proposed in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, began as a longstanding parking ticket fiasco and eventually spurred a federal class action lawsuit.

The suit was first filed by Mary G. Candido, of Clifton Heights, in April 2023 after it was revealed around 18,000 parking tickets failed to reach the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts between April 2021 and early 2023.

Candido claimed that possibly thousands of people who received parking tickets during this period weren’t notified on how to pay or contest them – leaving them in legal limbo and fearing prosecution while fees continued to rise.

The complaint said: “Due to these uncertainties and risks, numerous individuals simply plead guilty and pay the parking tickets, even if they believe they have good grounds to contest them, because they are never afforded any notice or opportunity to contest the tickets in court.”

In one example, a barber shop owner reportedly had his car towed due to violations he never received summons or hearing dates for, but that he “absolutely” wanted to contest.

This debacle later resulted in Upper Darby hiring Brinker Stinson acting Director of Finance Donna Stilwell to audit the ticket issue.

This led to the unrelated arrest of former township Councilwoman and then-parking enforcement Director Sekela Coles in July 2023 for creating an alleged “slush fund” with the money collected from local parking kiosks.

Coles later resigned as Upper Darby’s parking enforcement director after she was charged with diverting coinage from kiosks into the so-called slush fund.

Stilwell also found multiple oversights and IT issues from the parking enforcement office – which affected the issue around parking tickets.

Later, officials valued the missing tickets at approximately $1.5 million in lost revenue.

As part of the ruling, Upper Darby would also have to cancel all remaining unpaid tickets for the class period and return or credit payments made on at-issue parking tickets after the execution date of the settlement.

The proposal also sets out a schedule to hit various milestones in approving the terms – this includes notifying members, applying for fees, and similar actions.

This comes as a Ferrari dealer in Houston, Texas, has sued a customer after they flipped one of their recently released models – in violation of a prior sales agreement.

A buyer of a new Ferrari Purosangue will likely be forced to cough up the profit he’s made on the sale after the famous marque banned him from selling it inside the first 18 months of ownership.

Elsewhere, a major city has approved a series of speed limit changes – with 20 roads affected.

City leaders in Phoenix, Arizona, made sweeping adjustments to a host of areas – with the majority of the reductions due to road and traffic conditions.

The new rules around speeding came during a Transportation Subcommittee Meeting on Wednesday – which sees many roads reduced down by 5mph.

My home was sold behind my back by ‘property pirates’ for less than $1 – paperwork even had my ‘signature’ on it

A HOMEOWNER has allegedly had their house sold off behind their back for less than $1 – and they say the fraud is astonishingly easy to carry out.

Caroline Sauer discovered that her late father’s home had been signed over to her ex-husband, using her own signature.

Victor Rodriguez, 50, and his new wife, 33-year-old Michelle Cherry, are accused of forging “quitclaim deeds” on homes in Florida.

A quitclaim deed is a document transferring ownership of a property without the owner’s consent.

They cost as little as 70 cents in processing costs, meaning scammers can forge signatures and walk away with someone’s home for under a dollar.

Most states do not have many laws that make this type of crime more difficult.

“We found out that the titles of my father’s properties had all changed through quitclaim deeds,” said Sauer to local Fox outlet FOX13.

“We questioned, how did this happen? Who forges a deceased person’s signature? Who does that?”

In addition to allegedly taking his former father-in-law’s house in Miami-Dade County, Rodriguez, along with Cherry, are accused of forging records to take claim of another home in Tampa.

Larry and Dreama Bilby, whose home was under construction and unoccupied at the time, were stunned when they learned their property no longer belonged to them.

They were told in February this year that they had supposedly walked into the Hillsborough County Clerk’s office and signed over their home.

“I was so angry, I almost couldn’t talk,” she told FOX13.

Cindy Stuary, Hillsborough County Clerk, said that the forgery requires just “a notary and two signatures with an address listed next to them.”

Rodriguez and Cherry, who were arrested in March, both pleaded not guilty to the fraud charges.

How can your home be sold without your consent?

Your home can be sold from under you for various reasons - here are three key things to look out for:

Tax Sale

  • A tax sale is the sale of property by a governmental entity to recover unpaid taxes by the owner who has reached a certain point of delinquency in their owed payments.
  • Before a tax sale takes place, there is a right-of-redemption period where the owner can pay off their debt and reclaim their home.
  • Each state has different laws surrounding tax sales but in most areas, the basic requirement is that adequate notice is given to the owner to pay the outstanding money, and any sale must be open to the public.

Foreclosure

  • Foreclosures can take place when lenders take control of a property after borrowers have failed to make their repayments.
  • Borrowers will receive a Notice of Default, triggering the foreclosure process.
  • Homeowners in HOA communities can also see their homes foreclosed by their HOA for falling behind on fees.
  • This means that even if you keep up with mortgage repayments, you could still lose your home if your HOA has a lien on your property.
  • When such a foreclosure takes place, the sale price only needs to be enough to cover the HOA debt meaning that properties can be sold for much less than they are worth.

Property Fraud

  • Criminals can use a fake or stolen ID to impersonate a homeowner in order to sell or mortgage homes.
  • Typical targets for property fraud include absent owners like landlords, owners who live abroad, and sole owners of unmortgaged homes.
  • The U.S. Sun previously reported on a man whose vacation home worth $300,000 was sold by criminals for just $9,000 – they even had the deed to the property.

His attorney said in a statement, “We have filed a written plea of not guilty on his behalf.

“Mr Rodriguez maintains his innocence, and our office is entrusted with the responsibility of protecting his rights.

“Because his case is under active litigation, he is protected by both work product privilege and attorney/client privilege.

“We are responsible for ensuring justice and fairness in legal proceedings, protecting Mr Rodriguez’s rights, and upholding the rule of law.

“We cannot provide any further comment that might adversely affect our representation of this client.”

Stuart says she is pushing for tougher legislation to clamp down on quitclaim deed frauds, but she has also warned her clerks to look out for any suspicious behavior from potential scammers.

She said details such as “misspelled names, addresses that don’t appear that they actually exist, misspelled cities,” could all be signs of fraud.

Sauer says she is still fighting her ex-husband to get her father’s house back.

The family has hired a handwriting expert to prove that she didn’t sign the deed.

“The hardest thing for us emotionally has been, we’ve just tried to protect my father and his legacy,” she said.

Glamorous fan in revealing outfit runs on NFL field with message to Trump and Kamala before she is tackled by security

THIS is the moment an NFL game was interrupted by a fan running onto the pitch with a political message.

The incident occurred during the Pittsburgh Steelers’ 37-15 win over the New York Jets.

Donald Trump watched the game from a VIP box at the Acrisure Stadium.

And during the third quarter, the former president would have seen one of his supporters charge onto the field.

The woman dressed in a revealing bright top and knee-high boots was seen walking down the steps to the front row behind the end zone.

She then quickly hopped over the advertising board and made her way past the Steelers team.

The pitch invader held up a sign that read: “Trump, secure border. Kamala open border.”

She made the 40-yard line before being tackled by three members of security.

The woman was then escorted out the stadium and it led to a small delay in the game.

NBC Sports cameras briefly cut from the field and began to show the crowd until she was removed.

The state of Pennsylvania could prove vital in deciding who gets the keys to the White House on November 5.

After watching the Steelers game, Trump visited a McDonald’s franchise and was seen handing customers orders from the drive-thru area.
