Tyson is training hard in preparation for the professionally sanctioned bout and shared a video of himself working out.
Iron Mike showed off his muscles while doing gruelling neck exercises to prove he is ready to withstand any punches.
And he also had time to fire a warning at the opponent 31 years his junior, captioning the clip: “While Jake keeps talking, I’m going to keep training. Going to f*** him up.”
Fans were impressed by his physique, with one saying: “Call off the fight, champ. You’ve already won.”
Another added: “Young men fight. Old men kill.”
A third reacted: “The neck looks crazy. Like old Mike.”
Despite the fight going on both their pro records, the rules have been modified after Tyson supposedly requested shorter two minute rounds and bigger 14oz gloves to be allowed.
Paul hit back after agreeing to the changes, telling The Daily Mail: “He’s like, ‘Watch your shape, watch your shape’. I’m like, ‘Alright, but you watch it’.

WHAT makes a great English village? Cobblestone streets, white-walled cottages, a couple of cosy pubs and the country’s highest mainline train station?
Well, if that’s the case, Dent in Cumbria has made the cut – and it even has loose ties to Queen Victoria.
Dent is regarded as one of the prettiest villages in Cumbria[/caption]
The English village is home to England’s highest mainland station[/caption]
The tiny Cumbrian village, which is home to just 700 residents, is routinely regarded as one of the loveliest villages in the Dales.
Located inside Nidderdale National Landscape, an area of outstanding beauty near the Lake District, Dent is a 50-minute drive from Lancaster.
Holidaymakers who prefer to use public transport will be relieved to know that the tiny village has its own train station.
Dent Train Station is believed to be the highest mainline train station in England, with this accolade drawing in tourists from across the country.
Situated on the famous Settle-Carlisle Line, direct trains operate from Leeds to Dent giving visitors the opportunity to visit the village by rail – and that’s not all.
You can also book to stay overnight at one of the station’s buildings.
The Grade II listed property is located within an acre of land and has enough space to sleep four people in two rooms.
Week-long stays run from Saturday to Saturday or Wednesday to Wednesday, with the possibility to book three-night weekend breaks too.
Three-night stays start from £480 in November, with costs rising over the festive period.
Despite serving the village, Dent Train Station lies four miles away from the village, meaning visitors will need to walk or grab a cab to visit Dent.
There’s plenty to do in the small English village, including a 12th century church, with flagstones made from the local black Dent marble.
Other attractions include an art gallery and a blacksmith’s shop.
The English village also has a memorial fountain to its most famous son, geologist Professor Adam Sedgwick.
Sedgwick was considered one of the founding fathers of the modern science of geology.
Dent station is still served by trains from Leeds[/caption]
He was also a friend of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert and a later opponent of Charles Darwin.
Stone Close is a popular coffee shop in the village, serving a range of home-baked goods.
There are only two pubs in the village, the George and the Dragon is an award-winning pub famed for its cider and perry.
Meanwhile, the Sun Inn promises punters a no-frills experience.
There are a range of overnight accommodation options in the English village like B&BS and a room at the Sun Inn.
ENGLAND is home to more than 6,000 villages, which means there are plenty to discover. Here are just three others to visit this year:
Located in Kent, Biddenden is somewhat overlooked by holidaymakers. That being said, there’s lots to do in the Kent village, including a stroll around Biddenden Vineyards – an award-winning vineyard.
Beaulieu in Hampshire sits on a river of the same name and is famous for its motor museum, its ponies and its spectacular nature. Its surroundings earned it a place on a list of the most beautiful villages in the country, where it beat other picturesque destinations like Orford in Suffolk.
Saltaire, a Victorian village in West Yorkshire, is actually a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It was first created as a model village, with houses built for the Salt Mill factory workers between 1851 and 1871.
Not only that – the restrictive measures of the keto diet can be hard to follow long-term, a report from the American Heart Association (AHA) showed.
But a new piece of research conducted by scientists at Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine found that following a keto diet may actually lower the risk of death.
Using data from 43,776 adults enrolled in the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES), conducted between 2001 and 2018, the study examined the link between eating a keto diet and the risk of death from all causes.
Taking into account participant interviews that listed what they ate throughout the day, researchers calculated a Dietary Ketogenic Ratio (CKD) that established how much of people’s diets were made up of ketogenic foods.
The higher the ratio, the higher the likelihood that a participant would achieve a state of ketosis – when ketones are burned for energy instead of sugar from carbs.
Participants with higher CKDs had a lower risk of death, researchers found.
“Each standard deviation increase in DKR resulted in a noteworthy 24 per cent reduction in the risk of death,” they wrote.
The team also looked into whether ketogenic diets were linked to a higher risk of death from cardiovascular disease (CVD).
On one hand, following the trendy diet may lower the risk of factors that increase someone’s chances of getting CVD, such as blood pressure and fat levels in the blood, researchers said.
But the high fat content of keto diets – particularly if that’s saturated fat found in butter, cakes and cured meats – may also heighten the risk of CVD, they noted.
The scientists’ analysis, however, found no link between poor heart health and following the keto diet.
“The impact of the keto diet on cardiovascular health has been a subject of debate due to its high-fat content,” they said.
“However, our analysis suggests that despite its high fat intake, the keto diet does not increase mortality related to cardiovascular conditions.
“Despite its high saturated fat content, the diet primarily comprises unsaturated fats, which have been linked to a decreased risk of heart disease.”
What you can and can't eat on a keto diet
Following a keto diet involves eating low amounts of carbohydrates so that fat is burned for energy instead.
It also involves upping the amount of protein and fat you eat.
Here’s what you can eat if you’re on a keto diet:
Fish and seafood
Low-carb veggies
Cheese
Avocados
Poultry
Eggs
Nuts, seeds and healthy oils
Plain Greek yogurt and cottage cheese
Berries
Unsweetened coffee and tea
Dark chocolate and cocoa powder
Here are some foods to avoid or limit if you’re following a strict keto diet:
Bread, pasta and refined carbs
Grains like oats, quinoa, rice and barley
High-carb fruit like oranges, pineapple, bananas, apples and pears
Dried fruit such as raisins, dates, and dried mango
The eating plan may also help reduce inflammation and boost blood pressure regulation, which is important for cardiovascular well-being.
Following a strict keto diet in the long term may not be healthy or sustainable, as it can involve cutting out foods that contain fibre, vitamins, and minerals.
In particular, it’s not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women or people with health conditions like IBS, osteoporosis, or kidney problems.
If you do want to follow a keto diet, keeping unhealthy fats to a minimum is a good place to start, as is speaking to a dietitian or nutritionist.
‘Anti-ageing’ keto recipes
Thinking of giving the keto way a go?
Lucy Diamond, registered dietitian and clinical director for innovation at NHS weight management provider, Oviva, shared three autumnal keto meals you can make yourself for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
“These autumn-inspired keto recipes are rich in healthy fats and protein while keeping carbohydrates low,” she told Sun Health.
“They incorporate seasonal vegetables and warming spices as we move into a colder season.
“The mushroom and celeriac soup is particularly rich in umami flavours while remaining low-carb, and provides beneficial nutrients including potassium, vitamin D, and antioxidants.
“The fibre content from vegetables and seeds helps maintain digestive health while following a lower carb diet.”
Lucy added: “Remember to drink plenty of water and consider electrolyte supplements when following a ketogenic diet, especially as seasons change.”
