Ravi’s explosive revenge over Avani’s sex ordeal in EastEnders – but he has the wrong man
Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) is to make a huge mistake in EastEnders this week, when he accuses the wrong man of being daughter Avani’s (Aaliyah James) mystery boyfriend.
Of course, as we all know, Avani has been dating older bloke Mason (Alex Draper), who she first met outside of Peggy’s on the night of the club crush.
She’s so far managed to keep their relationship under wraps, with only her best pal Barney Mitchell (Lewis Bridgeman) aware of the truth.
She’s even allowed her friends and family believe that he is the boyfriend she’s kept so secret.
We also know that Mason has been pressuring her to take their relationship to the next level, and in upcoming scenes that’s about to get worse.
The two meet up on Edward Road, and when Avani asserts that she isn’t ready to sleep with him yet, a row breaks out. When she returns to the Square, she has a busted lip.
Has Mason hurt her?
Ravi’s already got his suspicions, but has been urged to keep cool by his ex Priya (Sophie Khan Levy) on the promise that she’s seeing Barney and he’s a decent kid.

However, when he spots their daughter’s injury, he rushes over to confront him.
Avani tries to make a cover story, but Ravi sees straight through it and decides to teach Barney a lesson.
Seeing red, he lashes out at Teddy (Roland Manookian) outside of the café and Avani pleads at her dad to stop. As the two men continue to fight, the police soon arrive on Bridge Street…
Later in the week, the Panesar clan begin to plot their revenge.
When Suki (Balvinder Sopal) says she doesn’t want to see her step-son behind bars, Nish (Navan Chowdhry) offers to try and make peace.
Will he find common ground with Teddy?
