Still, he managed to find some great pictures that depicted the fun he had while working as Shanks. Gadiot pointed out that he loved everyone who joined him in his journey and helped in creating one of the greatest live-action adaptations in history. He also thanked the fans for appreciating and accepting him as Shanks and giving him a chance to prove himself.
Ultimately, he pointed out that he is happy and grateful that he got to be a part of such an incredible world and get the love from One Piece fans. He concluded the message by saying that he finds them very passionate about One Piece, and that’s a great thing.
The Hidden Bad News Behind Peter Gadiot’s Emotional Message
Peter Gadiot’s message was a reflection of his journey as Shanks during the first season of the One Piece live-action adaptation. But there was a hidden meaning behind the message about his appearance in the second season of the series. It looks like he won’t be joining the cast for the upcoming journey to the Alabasta saga.
This is because Shanks has a very limited appearance in the first phase of One Piece, and after the East Blue Saga, he returns in the post-Enies Lobby arc. Thus, Gadiot most likely won’t be a part of One Piece live-action season 2.

Although it is sad that fans won’t get to see Shanks in the second season of One Piece live-action, this doesn’t mean that he won’t make an appearance ever. Gadiot will probably return in the third season of One Piece live-action and once again justify his performance as Red-Haired Shanks.
