CasaSur Palermo Hotel in Argentina ‘flooded with disgusting fake reviews’ after Liam Payne’s death

The hotel where Liam Payne died has been flooded with fake reviews from trolls, according to reports.

The One Direction star, who was 31, fell from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on October 16.

State police arrived at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel after receiving an emergency call, with the officer in charge saying he heard a loud sound in the inner courtyard when they reached the scene.

A vigil was held outside the hotel last night, with fans gathering to pay tribute after police cordoned off the area, where they lit candles and left flowers at the side of the road.

The hotel has now been flooded with a series of horrific reviews, it’s been claimed.

On Booking.com the CasaSurPalermo is rated an 8.5/10, with a total of 629 reviews and several people scoring it a 10, branding it ‘exceptional’ and ‘excellent’.

On Trip Advisor, it has 577 reviews with a 4/5 rating and described as ‘urban and contemporary’, with ‘youthful, chic and eclectic’ interior design.

However, members of the public have reportedly been leaving disgusting comments on Google reviews, which have since been deleted.

According to News.com.au, one person wrote: ‘Good place, the only thing is to avoid staying on the third floor.’

‘Great hotel! The view from the third floor is to die for!’ another allegedly said.

Someone else is reported to have written: ‘I liked the hotel, they are managing it in the right direction. Some noise in the afternoons on the 3rd floor thought but otherwise fine,’

It’s said the comments were scrubbed within hours of posting.

According to the hotel’s website, it has 61 rooms including deluxe and executive suites.

It also hosts events for social and corporate gatherings, and has a rooftop bar and terrace with ‘unparalleled views’.

As well as boasting its central location, the hotel has a spa and fitness centre and a swimming pool for guests wanting to relax ‘outdoors in our urban oasis’.

Images from the hotel reveal the clear pool with sun loungers across the decking, and a lavish interior.

In the hours before his death, Payne reportedly posted a video on Snapchat saying: ‘It’s a lovely day here in Argentina.’

Former X Factor stars have sent condolences to his family, and shared tributes to the Strip That Down singer, with Payne’s ex-fiancée Maya Henry, who was in the process of taking legal action against him, also speaking out, while the likes of Jedward and Olly Murs have also sent their love to his seven-year-old son.
