And the Sedona 144 square foot Tiny Home has everything you need to live the simple life, on a budget.

The tiny house is delivered straight to your door, and can easily be assembled yourself.

It is perfect for use as an AirBnb, or as a permanent residence, situated at the bottom of a parent or friend’s garden.

When assembled, it has space for a bedroom, a bathroom, and even a kitchen, proving that you don’t need a huge space to create your dream home.

The structure is all American made and the steel frames are made to be resilient against weather and seismic conditions.

It is also resistant to termites, mould, rot and warnings.

The house even comes with a 50 year warranty, so you can be guaranteed that the home will be around for a long time.

The kit comes with a steel frame, but you will have to add the doors and any appliances yourself.

This means that you can customise the home however you wish, to give it a unique and homely feel.

All kits are made to order and are customised to meet your local building codes.

What is a tiny home?

Technically, a tiny home is any house measuring under 400 square feet.

Many tiny homes are built on trailers so they can be towed anywhere, and some are converted from old school buses or vans.

Each state has its own rules about tiny homes, but, generally, they are not subject to the same taxes as regular homes.

However, Alaska, Iowa, Louisiana, North Dakota, New Jersey, New York, Wisconsin, and West Virginia have made tiny homes illegal as permanent dwellings.

The tiny home will arrive in just 6-8 weeks, and in some states, you don’t even need a permit to have it in your garden.

You can pay for the product all at once, or, if you don’t have the funds, can pay $5,000 a month for six months.

A description on the Home Depot website reads: “A fast easy to build steel frame offer 144 square foot of versatile living space.”

“Ideal as a main residence, AirBnb or guest house.”
