Though his appearance still remains a mystery, as in the series, he has been shown in a silhouette. However, it can be deduced that he is a large giant with long hair, wearing a tunic, boots, a cape, and a crown on his head.
Being the Prince of Elbaf Island gives him command over all the giants, making him the most dangerous man and the head of the strongest army in the world.
Additionally, fans know that Loki is a cunning character, and in Norse mythology, he is depicted as a prankster who has a jolly good time tricking people. Oda-Sensei could give a similar nature to his character as well.
He also might just shapeshift, giving him the ability of a Zoan-type Devil Fruit, making him not only intriguing to watch but also immensely dangerous as well.

Fans would have noticed how the mangaka commenced the arc with already high tension, where the original crew of the Straw Hat Pirates were separated from each other.
However, it might not be a fluke because this is the narrative brilliance of Oda-Sensei, where he creates buzz for the most intriguing character in all of One Piece, Loki. The character was first mentioned during the Whole Cake Island Arc, where it was stated that he wanted to marry Charlotte Linlin, as he was head over heels for her, even confessing his love to her.
This mysterious character is the prince of Elbaf Island, giving her a great opportunity to add the strength of the giants to her side. However, they could not exchange the sacred vows as she left Toto Island, leaving the giants feeling sour with her name. However, this would mean bad news to Luffy and his friends because they were actively responsible for taking her down in the Wano Country Arc.
Their actions potentially have already put the Straw Hat Pirates in the bad books of the Prince of Elbaf, as they defeated not only an Emperor of the Sea but also the woman, who was once supposed to marry him. Though much is not known about the character, perhaps the intention will get clearer in the coming chapters of the manga.
Additionally, it might also reveal the secret behind the two characters and what happened after Big Mom ran away from their marriage. Nevertheless, fans have to wait for two weeks because the manga has followed the fate of the anime, which has made the fans feel anything but happy.
