However, Davidson has never really been in a long-term relationship with these women, which is quite unfortunate but true. The longest relationship he’s had under the public eye was with Cazzie David, and it lasted for two years. And his shortest relationship lasted for just over a month!
Interestingly, Davidson’s shortest-lived relationship was with supermodel Emily Ratajkowski, a pairing that literally nobody thought would ever happen. Their romance blossomed after the Saturday Night Live star ended things with Kardashian. Whatever they shared appeared to be wholesome, and there wasn’t any drama either. So, what led to their split?
Emily Ratajkowski had her sights set on Pete Davidson for a while before becoming an item
It’s unclear when Pete Davidson and Emily Ratajkowski became an item, but it was in November 2021 when the model first expressed her thoughts on the comedian, who was with Kim Kardashian then.
During an appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers, Ratajkowski suggested that she knew exactly why Davidson seemed attractive to a lot of women. The model-turned-author mentioned it had to do with his height, get-up, and attitude. She said,
As a model, you know, I was like, ‘Wow!’ He’s got the height. He’s a tall guy… He seems super charming. He’s vulnerable. He’s lovely. His fingernail polish is awesome. He looks good.
Davidson left Kardashian several months later, claiming that their busy schedules and lifestyles affected their ability to maintain a relationship and the spark between them had eventually faded (via Entertainment Tonight).
Soon, the paparazzi spotted EmRata and the SNL star hitting it off at his Brooklyn residence. A source had confirmed that they were dating by then, and the couple made numerous public appearances while the internet gushed over their romance.
One source told E! News that Ratajkowski, who modeled for Miu Miu, Versace, Mark Jacobs, and Victoria’s Secret, thought Davidson was fun to hang out with and charming. Another insider confirmed their romance to Us Weekly stating that Davidson liked how intelligent she was.

Amidst their romance, Kim Kardashian, who dated Pete Davidson before he moved on to the supermodel, was asked how she felt about their fling. A source told ET that the SKIMS founder had no issue with her ex-boyfriend’s decision and that she was focused on co-parenting her four children with ex-husband Kanye West.
Davidson and the Gone Girl star made their first appearance together at an NBA game between the New York Knicks and Memphis Grizzlies, which took place at the Madison Square Garden Arena on November 27, 2022 (via Harper’s Bazaar). The Knicks posted pictures of the couple seated courtside giggling and having the time of their lives.
Just a couple of weeks later, a source told PEOPLE they were planning to get serious. This was the first time Ratajkowski was headed in that direction since her untimely divorce from Sebastian Bear-McClard, yet the source claimed she was in a better place while she was with Davidson.
But on December 27, 2022, Page Six reported that they were no longer a couple and that their “fling” slipped into the “friend zone”. The source told Page Six that they were both okay with it as well.
Since then, Davidson was spotted with his Bodies Bodies Bodies co-star Chase Sui Wonders. However, they split after nine months of dating to focus on themselves (via Entertainment Tonight). Davidson was most recently linked to Outer Banks actress Madelyn Cline, but they ended things “amicably” in early 2024 (via The U.S. Sun). But it isn’t clear if Ratajkowski is with anybody at the moment.
