“Mr Combs can not respond to every new publicity stunt”: P Diddy’s Personal Trainer is Accused of Lying After New Lawsuit

Every day seems to bring new legal troubles for Sean Combs. The latest lawsuit involves a personal trainer, who has claimed he was drugged and used as a “party favor”.

However, Diddy’s legal team has swiftly countered these allegations, dismissing them as baseless and accusing the trainer of seeking publicity. As the Diddy saga unfolds, people are eager to find out how much of this is actually true.

Sean Combs Faces New Lawsuit!

Sean Combs finds himself at the center of a new lawsuit, with allegations that he “drugged and repeatedly s*xually assaulted” a personal trainer. These incidents supposedly occurred during an afterparty at his Los Angeles mansion following an awards show in June 2022.

A disturbing account presented in court documents filed on October 20, which were obtained by Page Six, contained the alleged victim describing how Diddy reportedly drugged him and then “essentially passed plaintiff’s drugged body around like a party favor for their s-xual enjoyment.”

The individual, referred to as John Doe in the legal filing, claimed he first crossed paths with Combs through a mutual client. After their initial meeting, Combs extended an invitation to an exclusive afterparty. However, before the fun began, John Doe claims he was asked to sign a nondisclosure agreement.

Once inside the party, he alleges he was handed a drink, a tequila soda mixed with cranberry juice, that he believes was tampered with to incapacitate him. All that has come out about the rapper has pushed him to come forward with his account as well.

Sean Combs’ Representatives Claim These Lawsuits Are Attempts at Gaining Publicity!

Representatives for Combs have since then criticized Tony Buzbee, the attorney representing John Doe, labeling his recent lawsuits as a “clear attempt to garner publicity.”

In a statement to US Weekly, the Diddy rep said,

The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number. As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never s-xually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.

Buzbee filed seven new lawsuits on the same day, and all seven of them claim that Combs, either directly or through his associates, spiked alcoholic drinks at various events, leaving the plaintiffs feeling dizzy, and detached from reality.

In multiple lawsuits, plaintiffs accuse the rapper of serious offenses, including r-pe, forced oral s-x, and aggressive groping. Currently, he remains in custody at a Brooklyn jail, where he is also facing federal charges related to s-x trafficking and racketeering, which he completely denies. Diddy is set to go to trial for these federal charges in May of next year, facing the possibility of life in prison if found guilty.
