For example, Amazon is selling a customizable, three-bedroom tiny home for $11,698.

The 20-foot by 40-foot home comes fully furnished with a kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms.

Assembly should be straight-forward as its fold-up design allows for a simple setup.

Delivery is free and should arrive within four days of ordering, according to the Amazon website.

The product falls under the Voluntary 30-Day Return Guarantee which means customers may return anything purchased within 30 days following delivery of the item.

Measuring 20 feet, the home is fully insulated and comes with pre-assembled plumbing, which provides hot and cold water in the kitchen and bathroom.

However, the manufacturers suggest employing a team, including a plumber, to assemble the tiny home.

Altogether, the 375-square-foot open layout includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, one kitchen, and one living room.
