Bryan Mbeumo 2+ Shots on Target at 9/4 with talkSPORT BET – CLAIM HERE
Brentford talisman Bryan Mbeumo should relish the opportunity to run at this Manchester United side, who have the seventh-highest xGC (expected goals conceded) in the division.
The 25-year-old attacker has already bagged six goals in seven Premier League matches this season, which is three less than he managed in the 2023-24 season and he’s on penalties after the departure of Ivan Toney.
Mbeumo is joint-seventh for shots on target for any player in the entire league (9) from a total of 16 efforts.

THE Northern Ireland Open is right around the corner with some of snooker’s biggest names set to compete.
Belfast hosts the second Home Nations Series event of the season after September’s English Open.
Judd Trump is the reigning Northern Ireland Open champion[/caption]
Neil Robertson was victorious in Brentwood, beating Wu Yize 9-7 in a breathtaking final.
The Aussie star is leading the way for the huge £150,000 BetVictor bonus, with three Home Nations events still to play.
Judd Trump is the reigning Northern Ireland Open champion after he claimed the Alex Higgins Trophy for a fourth time by beating Chris Wakelin 9-3 in last year’s final.
The World No1 returns in 2024 as part of a star-studded line-up, which includes snooker icon Ronnie O’Sullivan.
Rocket hasn’t played since his shock defeat to He Guoqiang in the first round of the English Open in September.
Life doesn’t get any easier for Gary O’Neil at Wolves as they welcome champions Manchester City to Molineux.
It’s been a rough start to say the least with the club sitting rock-bottom of the division with one point from their opening seven matches.
Wolves have lost SIX and drawn once against Nottingham Forest, conceding a league-high 21 goals – five of those coming against Brentford before the international break.
O’Neil labeled the match the “worst” he’s ever been involved in as a coach,” while supporters made their feelings known at several points, singing “you don’t know what you’re doing” in the manager’s direction.
They’ve not registered a top-flight clean sheet since beating Sheffield United 2-0 in February, and have conceded more shots on target than any other side in the division.
So Sunday’s clash with Manchester City doesn’t bode well on paper.
The Cityzens are a point behind league leaders Liverpool and remain unbeaten in all ten matches in all competitions (W7, D3).
Manchester City have won seven of their last eight Premier League meetings with Wolves, scoring 25 goals across these games. The only exception was a 2-1 loss at Molineux in September last season.
You wouldn’t exactly say they’ve been at their brilliant best this season, especially without midfield maestro Rodri.
But they still have the lowest shots on target conceded (22), the most attempts on goal (135) and the fourth-highest xG (13.94).

Fill your boots
If Wolves defend anything like they did against Brentford, then this could be a field day for Manchester City talisman Erling Haaland.
The Norwegian superstar, 24, has struck 10 goals in seven Premier League appearances this season and will be desperate to find the net having blanked against Newcastle and Fulham.
He scored a brace for Norway during the international break, and has scored eight goals in just four Premier League appearances against Wolves – averaging a goal once every 40 minutes.

On target
I mentioned above that Wolves have conceded more shots on target than any other Premier League side this season.
But I didn’t mention that 22 of their 100 shots conceded have been headers – only Leicester have shipped more than that.
That could be good news for the visiting Citizens and their defenders with the champions having recorded the second-highest number of corners this season.
It’s a toss up between Josko Gvardiol or Ruben Dias, but we’re siding with the Portuguese centre-back to get a header on target this Sunday at 4/1 with William Hill.
