KSI’s team set for talks with Tommy Fury for rematch as Love Island star offered shock route back into boxing by rival
KSI and Tommy Fury could be heading for a huge rematch with talks to take place between the two camps.
Fury became the first to hand YouTuber-turned-boxer KSI defeat in the ring after his controversial points victory in October.

But Fury is back training and wants to make a comeback by January – with KSI’s manager and Misfits Boxing boss Mams Taylor is ready for talks.
Taylor told SunSport: “I think Tommy would do really well on the Misfits roster. And I know our teams are in touch with their team.
“So watch this space. Let’s see what happens.”
Fury, 25, won a disputed six-round decision over KSI, 31, fuelling demand for a second bout.
And Taylor added: “And as far as KSI and Tommy, I think when the time is right, that rematch definitely should happen.
“Till this day people are still very divided about that result.”
A rematch could follow as quickly as 2025 but Fury is also linked with another fight against Jake Paul, 27, who beat by split-decision last year too.

KSI meanwhile has also not fought since his first loss having had a similar painful hand problem.
It meant he is unable to fight on Misfits Boxing’s “super card” in Qatar on November 28.
British boxing legend and former world champion Amir Khan, 37, was a rumoured opponent but KSI was forced out with injury.
Taylor said: “JJ’s spent a lot of time nursing that hand injury taking time to make sure that he’s 100 per cent and doesn’t have to fight with a hand injury when he faces an opponent of that kind of calibre.
“It’s not something that you want to take lightly so we spoke to the doctors and kind of got a gage of when he can be ready and in optimum shape.”

MAIK KUIVENHOVEN was forced to play it casual at the Czech Darts Open – after his threads ended up 300 miles away in Frankfurt.
The 36-year-old was a late replacement to take on Raymond van Barneveld in Prague on Saturday night.

The Dutchman was rushed in from the reserve list, racing across Europe to make the last-32 clash.
But due to a mix-up at the airport, his suitcase was sent hundreds of miles away to Frankfurt, Germany.
Kuivenhoven was therefore without his usual clothes – and even had to borrow Barney’s darts for their showdown at the PVA EXPO Arena.
Soldiering on despite the tough circumstances, the World No. 71 strode to the Oche in a PDC-issued polo, black jeans and white trainers.
And he gave five-time world champ Barney a real scare, despite not using his own set of arrows.
Van Barneveld held on for a nervy 6-4 win, writing on X after the game: “Tonight was tough.
“Maik played amazing considering all that happened.

“Called up at the last moment. Getting there just before the game.
“His suitcase went to Frankfurt with his darts things in it. He played with my @TargetDarts.
“[He] played fantastic all things considered. Huge respect for him.”
One fan wrote on X: “Very good from Kuivenhoven considering the circumstances.”
Another said: “This is darts heritage.”
While a third added: “I thought that was so cool he played with your darts. One of the best sets of darts anyway, but a cool thing to see you two playing the same barrels.”
Kuivenhoven is currently ranked 71st in the world.
He has been on the PDC Tour card since 2019 and earlier this year reached the third round of the UK Open.
The Dutchman memorably beat Luke Littler last month, snapping the teenage sensation’s 15-match winning streak.
