Black Clover: Even Aizen Will Feel Bad after Yuki Tabata Gave a Villain One of the Hardest Intros of All Time

If legendary villains are a topic of discussion, then Bleach‘s Aizen, Pain from Naruto, Dragon Ball‘s Frieza, and others might take the award home. But if you talk about villain entrances, then Yuki Tabata is well ahead in the game with Black Clover‘s antagonists.

Not only does Black Clover have some incredibly powerful and well-developed villains, but Yuki Tabata is also fond of epic entrances for these characters. And one villain, in particular, had an introduction that could rival even Aizen’s betrayal reveal in Bleach.

Zenon Zogratis had One of the Best Villain Introductions in Black Clover

Zenon Zogratis is a member of the Dark Triad, the same group that fans had lost their minds over due to their incredible powers and development. Each chapter that included the Dark Triad received huge amounts of positive responses from fans, and the coldest one among the trio was Zenon Zogratis, the host of the devil, Beelzebub.

Yuki Tabata is a praise-worthy author, especially because of how he had planned to introduce Zenon. The Dark Triad member first appeared in chapter 227 of Black Clover and killed off the Diamond Kingdom army all alone. Among the knights he defeated, there were two members of the Eight Shining Generals. Magna, Luck and Vanessa had sneaked into the Diamond Kingdom to scout it and were unfortunate enough to find out that the soldiers were finished by a single mage.

Among the three present Black Bull members, Luck is the most volatile one due to his fondness for battles. He often tries to get into fights and enjoys them. He constantly asks his colleagues to have a death match with him. But as Zenon was introduced for the first time, Luck had an adverse reaction to fighting someone. He realized that, for the first time, he did not want to fight someone.

Yuki Tabata Gave Each Dark Triad Member a Grand Entry

Zenon isn’t the only one who received a warm welcome at the hands of Yuki Tabata and Black Clover fans. Because his fellow Dark Triad members are no exceptions. Dante, for example, appeared out of nowhere and simply wrecked the Black Bulls. He was in search of Yami Sukehiro when he found the Black Bulls’ base near the border of the Spade Kingdom.

Since Yami was not present at the time, the villain decided to pick a fight with every member just because he had some extra time on hand. He absolutely demolished the base along with the Black Bulls and left Asta with grievous injuries. He might have been defeated by Yami and Asta tag-teaming together, but the chapters that showed his battle are still considered iconic as he pushed the duo to their farthest.

Megicula herself is no joke as she returned to the Diamond Kingdom to kill Lolopechka and was met with opposition from Noelle Silva. She easily defeated Noelle and took Lolopechka hostage. She did this to motivate Noelle to become stronger so they could battle again.

Black Clover manga is available to read on Viz Media, and the anime is currently streaming on Netflix.
