He carried the ball 25 times for 151 yards and two touchdowns, averaging six yards per carry.
FOX Sports’ sideline reporter revealed: “He spends more than a quarter million dollars on what he calls body maintenance.
“No fried food, no dairy, no gluten, no artificial sugars. Doesn’t eat until four or five o’clock during the season, maybe has a banana or avocado before practice.”
The costs include a personal chef who prepares all of Henry’s meals.
His epic fitness regime also includes cold therapy, infrared sauna, hyperbaric oxygen, and massage therapy.
During the offseason, Henry works out twice a day at the SandersFit Performance Center in Dallas.
He works out seven days a week, meaning he has NO breaks.
His workout regime includes running hills, including up to 10 sprints on a 100-yard hill.
Henry does hammer curls with 80-pound dumbbells to work on his arms.
And he does Bulgarian split squats with 120-pound dumbbells to improve his legs.
In the offseason, his first meal is around 1 pm. During the season, he does not eat until 4 or 5 pm and then eats again around 8 pm.
When he does eat – the portions are enormous.
He also stays away from fried foods, gluten, dairy, or artificial sugars.
“I probably eat three chicken breasts, some rice, and broccoli,” he said.
“Then I have some gluten-free pancakes, scrambled eggs, diced potatoes, home fries, and some steak.”
Before practice, he eats kale, an avocado, or a banana for energy.
Three days a week, he also takes IV fluids which contain vitamin E, Coenzyme Q10, and other nutrients.
Henry can certainly afford these huge expenses to keep himself in the best of shape.
He recently signed a two-year contract with the Baltimore Ravens worth $16 million.
