Behrouz Tabani is an Iranian professional bodybuilder.
He was born on January 5, 1993, in Iran and his journey into the world of fitness began at an early age.
He started training at just 14 years old, inspired by his family’s legacy in bodybuilding — his father and brothers are also dedicated athletes in the sport.
Transition to professional bodybuilding
Behrouz’s dedication paid off early in his career when he made a significant mark on the international stage.
He achieved his most notable title in 2016, winning the IFBB Men’s World Amateur Bodybuilding Championship.
This triumph was not just a category victory; he clinched the overall championship, signalling his potential as a future champion in professional bodybuilding
Transitioning into professional bodybuilding, he continued to build his reputation by competing against top athletes from around the globe.
His impressive physique, measured at 5 feet 11 inches and weighing between 105 to 110 kg, boasts remarkable statistics — such as 24-inch arms and a 50-inch chest.
Bodybuilding record
Behrouz has established an impressive record in the world of bodybuilding, particularly in recent competitions.
Notably, he won the 2023 IFBB Arnold Classic Brasil, securing first place in the Men’s Bodybuilding category on April 15, 2023.
Following this victory, he continued to excel, capturing another first-place finish at the 2024 IFBB Dubai Pro on July 28, 2024.
Additionally, he competed in the 2024 IFBB Flex Pro held on June 23, 2024, where he earned a commendable second place.
Shortly before that, on June 16, 2024, he also participated in the 2024 IFBB Empro Pro and achieved another first-place finish.
These wins have not only established him as a formidable presence in the bodybuilding community but have also secured his invitations to compete in the 2024 Mr Olympia competitions.
