Just days after his funeral, she was back to filming, navigating tension-filled relationships with her castmates, particularly with Dorit Kemsley.
One of the season’s most notorious controversies, dubbed “puppy gate,” revolved around the two of them. What happened was, that Kemsley adopted a puppy from Vanderpump’s shelter, but after the dog nipped at one of her children, she felt she had to rehome it. Reports from Radar Online claimed Vanderpump was upset that the dog ended up in a shelter, but the truth was that Dorit had placed the puppy with a new family, who later put the dog in a shelter.

I made the decision to leave. It was a very difficult year for me, personally and professionally, I had wonderful things happen this year, opening up and TomTom and the cocktail garden in Vegas. The Housewives, it’s just, it’s emotionally too difficult to deal with.
Since then, fans have been eagerly hoping for her return to the show. While she’s currently focused on Vanderpump Rules, it would certainly be exciting to see her back in her original element!
