Call of Duty is the biggest name-dropping this month, but a number of big remakes and a new Atlus RPG make for a packed lineup.
Here’s all of the biggest games launching in October 2024.
Until Dawn
Until Dawn was a huge release back in 2015, as the narrative survival horror game featured well-known actors like Rami Malek and Hayden Panettiere.
As a group of teenagers are trapped on a mountain, it’s up to you to make the decisions that will risk or save their lives.
October will see a remake of the game for those who missed out on the original drama.

Silent Hill 2
Second up this month for horror remakes is the return of gaming classic Silent Hill 2.
This is a ground up remake that doesn’t exactly follow the story of the original.
There will be multiple endings including some new ones that people are just waiting to uncover.
Silent Hill 2’s remake will be released on October 8 for PS5 and PC.
Metaphor: ReFantazio
From the creators of the modern Persona games, Metaphor: ReFantazio is a whole new Atlus RPG.
