BACHELORETTE Jenn Tran’s brother has slammed the show producers for their cruel treatment toward her on the show’s finale.
Jenn, 26, was forced to watch Devin Strader’s proposal on the finale after revealing that he, the Season 21 Bachelorette winner, had already dumped her over the phone.

In response to the heartbreaking moment, Jenn’s brother, James Tran, shared his thoughts about the finale on Instagram.
“So… that was rough and dare I say, needlessly cruel,” he wrote on his Instagram Stories.
James continued, “It’s hard to hold grudges against any one person or entity though. We all have our priorities.
“And I like to think the intentions are honorable as well.”
“In a partnership, we try our best to be upfront about both,” he explained.
Jenn’s big bro continued, “But sometimes things don’t align perfectly and you get small ripples.
He wrote that other times, when a partnership has completely failed, there can be “huge waves like last night” that can “toss you around, suffocate, and bruise you.
“And when you make it back to the surface, all you have to remember is to just keep swimming.”
James then encouraged, “You’ll be back on shore in no time, ready for the next one.”
“Hang tight, sis,” he signed off, adding “Your heart will be beating to a much better rhythm soon.”
The message was reposted on a Bachelor-dedicated Reddit board.
One fan wrote, “I would love to have a woman like Jenn in my life. And because of these toxic a**hole garbage s**theads that made her life a living hell and embarrassed her on national television, she’s stated today that she hates men right now.
They continued, “Great f**king job producers. Not only did you humiliate Jenn on live TV but you made her hate her entire experience.”
“Someone get this man on the Bachelor asap,” commented another.

BITTER END
Jenn and Devin got engaged in Hawaii after the ABC dating competition series star broke up with Marcus Schoberg after he finally professed his love.
Following the split, it appeared that Jenn was headed for happily ever after with Devin, but things took a turn for the worse.
During the finale, host Jesse Palmer revealed Jenn’s engagement video would have to wait and turned the mic over to The Bachelorette to explain.
“We left Hawaii engaged,” she shared through tears on After the Final Rose.
“I thought I found the person I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. As soon as we left Hawaii, things were different.”

Jenn claimed that after returning home from their final beach vacation, Devin started “pulling away.”
“I was confused, I didn’t understand because we had just left so happy,” she revealed.
“He basically said he didn’t love me anymore and didn’t feel the same way,” she said, reflecting on the split.
“He was checked out. It wasn’t what he wanted anymore.”
The reality TV star shared the numerous ways in which she tried to save their relationship, including offering Devin the opportunity to continue dating without being engaged.
He, however, opted to go their separate ways, which confused and hurt Jenn.
Devin appeared on stage during After the Final Rose but struggled to defend himself, claiming he had doubts about the proposal but suppressed them until he couldn’t anymore.
After the couple hashed out their differences, bickering over clubbing and how Devin decided to call off their relationship, Jesse revealed that it was time to watch the proposal.
He questioned whether Jenn and the audience were ready, at which point she sobbed and replied, “Do I have a choice?”
FURIOUS FANS
Online, Devin received major backlash from viewers, slamming him for his behavior, but Bachelorette viewers also bashed Jesse and members of production for making Jenn watch back the proposal.
Prior to the twist, Jenn revealed to Jesse that she was not going to allow Devin to propose to her.
Instead, she was going to get down on one knee and ask him to marry her.
When the proposal was shown, it was revealed that she did just that.
Before Devin could pop the question, she got down and proposed to him and he accepted.
He then proposed again in return, revealing the massive diamond ring he got for her.
“I’m so in love with you,” he said as he kissed her.
After the footage aired, Jenn said, “The truth is I do not regret proposing to that man on there but that man doesn’t exist anymore.”
“Absolutely horrific of #TheBachelorette producers to make Jenn rewatch this proposal and be re-traumatized. Like, actually evil behavior,” one critic posted on X.
“This is one of the cruelest things I have seen in reality television history!! Making her watch this proposal is evil!!” slammed a second.
“Then showing the proposal while Jenn is forced to sit there next to Devin and watch is maybe the most evil thing this show has ever done???” bashed another upset viewer.
A fourth wrote, “Watching this proposal is so evil…I’m actually in tears and if this is traumatizing ME how badly is this traumatizing Jenn?”
