At least eight boys aged 11 to 12 ‘gang rape disabled girl in school bathroom’ – but cops CAN’T take action

AT least eight schoolboys have been accused of gang-raping a disabled girl in the bathroom of a Spanish school.

The attack on the 12-year-old child occurred in school in Peñaflor, Seville in May, according to police reports.

The document said that the victim was “removed from the sight of students and teachers and taken to the girl’s bathroom” during a break where the attack allegedly happened.

But according to Spanish Juvenile Law, when a perpetrator of rape is under the age of 14, he/she won’t be held liable under the law.

The case has therefore been transferred to Child Protection Services.

The victims grandmother, whose identity was not shared, spoke to a Spanish TV programme ‘Y Ahora Sonsoles’ about the assault.

She described the “hell” the poor young girl endured the days after the alleged attack, as she reportedly didn’t tell anyone for days.
